Returns

As we deal in wholesale fabrics, we do not accept returns once the fabric has been cut or customized.

Returns are only accepted if the fabric is damaged, defective, or incorrect from what was ordered.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of exchange, we will ship replacement fabric at no extra shipping cost (for damaged/incorrect items).
Non-Returnable Items

Fabrics sold in clearance, discounted, or customized cuts are non-returnable.
