Returns

  • As we deal in wholesale fabrics, we do not accept returns once the fabric has been cut or customized.

  • Returns are only accepted if the fabric is damaged, defective, or incorrect from what was ordered.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of exchange, we will ship replacement fabric at no extra shipping cost (for damaged/incorrect items).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabrics sold in clearance, discounted, or customized cuts are non-returnable.
